• We preserve the REALTOR® commission.  We do not take-over or substitute for the Agent.  We do not take any part of the commission.  We pay a bonus to the LISTING Agent at the closing.  We do not ask the Agent to take any risks by participating in “double-up” transactions.
• We seek complete debt forgiveness from the homeowner’s bank and all other junior lien-holders.
• We are not a party to the transaction.  We’re not interested in buying the house or contracting for the deed.  We want the REALTOR® to sell the house on the open market to the highest and best offer.
