If you live in Fort Bend County, a rising default rate as well as increasing foreclosure postings is worrisome. While our area is still a lot better off than many parts of the country, home is where you hang your hat. While I sympathize with those living in Detroit, their plummeting house values do not directly affect folks here in the Fort Bend County area.
While Fort Bend County foreclosure postings hovered around 400 several months ago that is no longer the case. The December 1 posted number stands at 716!
