Default Judgment won versus Wells Fargo!!!!

I attempted several short sale transactions in my second home market with little to no success. One of my sellers then opted in with Home Solution Counselors. I was very, very skeptical at first.

Once we began the process and I saw how quickly they were able to turn around a transaction I was calling all of my distressed sellers and telling them that the only way I would list a short sale was if they used Home Solution Counselors.

The part I like the best is that I feel confident that the seller is protected in every way possible.
