How many cfloned notes has MERS sold into worldwide commerce, and why aren't the feds demanding an audit to find out ? Doesn't this explain why they could not file a specific deed with a county recorder, anywhere ?

T,

Yes we know of an outstanding foreclosure defense attorney in Ohio. Visit www.troydoucet.com. Troy Doucet published a book about predatory lending before he even graduated from law school. Tell him E.J. Simonsen sent you his way.

I used to work in that exact building in R.B. I was one of the best workers and kept my mouth quiet when people would tell me to "work smarter, not harder." HA! I would chuckle and continue working at my own pace. It's not my fault I would have all of my reconciliations done way before the deadline every month while everybody else in our group took their sweet ass time. Working harder means you obviously understand your job, in which I picked up very quickly. It was easy, and when a couple guys saw how quickly I did pick up the job, they tried to slow me down, which made me work even faster, which pissed them off more. I mean, were they there to work, or bring the morale down? One woman complimented me on being one of the last great workers in the office environment, so I guess I was doing everything right. I Worked in the Reconciliation department for two years after our department was terminated and transferred to the Columbus, Ohio location(SO THEY SAY!!) Honestly, I think because I am a white male who DID belong there, they let me go(Reverse Discrimination) Trust me, ask my mexican wife. Anyway, I was a diplomat while working and did my job almost perfectly. Now that I look back at it at this age(common sense and a more mature brain) I am now aware that they didn't like me because I was a white male. At the time I just brushed off what one of them would say. Bottom line, people do not know how to work in the office anymore and that location is proof. They all work very, very slow while I worked effeciently and productively like you are supposed to. I also came in on Saturdays and sometimes did a little above 60 hours a week. I could have done all of their jobs and saved the company money. All of our jobs were pretty much pointless now that I think about it. I was one of the best workers they had. My group was jealous.

Indymac/One West Banks is not going to help in any situation because if they do they won't get the insured backed up by the Government funds and the short sale funds. My husband has been trying for over 2 years, meanwhile the market has taken our home down way over half than what we owe on it, I know the smart thing to do is to walk but it is so hard and hurt so bad to know that there is nothing anyone in the world can do to stop this Abuse.

After spending over $3.000.00 to get a loan mod from a lawyer, the lawyer bailed on me. Hence no loan mod. Since then we have hired a litigation atty. for $7,000.00. They have an A rating the BBB and we are taking B of A to court. I'm sure that the old Countrywide papers are scattered to the wind. They have to produce the original documents. We'll probably settle out of court. More later.
