Home Solution Counselors was founded in 2006 to specifically help those in the greater Houston area who had a REALTOR® but didn’t have enough equity in their home to sell their house without assistance.
This process of working with the homeowner’s REALTOR® and the homeowner’s bank to find a buyer willing to make the highest-possible market-based offer eventually became known as a “short sale.” From the beginning, we have fought to achieve complete forgiveness for the difference between what is owed and what the house sells for.
